Testimonials
"The Measures of Children’s Mental Health and Psychological Wellbeing resources have been used successfully as baseline measures for group work, where they have been incredibly effective in helping to improve outcomes for children in areas such as anger and stress management in conjunction with a range of other initiatives offered within the service. "As a psychological service we wanted to be able to measure the outcomes of our work with children and young people to ensure we deliver services that are accountable and meet children’s needs. Measures of Children's Mental Health and Psychological Wellbeing offers practitioners a single portfolio of materials that allow them to explore a wide range of dimensions of children's psychological and emotional wellbeing. Because of this, we have chosen to use the resources to develop a framework for monitoring the progress and well-being of vulnerable children with complex needs who are placed in out-borough special school provision. We are anticipating this pilot project will support the Local Authority in making decisions in the future on the basis of robust understanding of the impact of provision and interventions."
