Professor Norah Frederickson
Professor Norah Frederickson is Professor of Educational Psychology at University College London and a Senior Educational Psychologist in Buckinghamshire. She is a well-known researcher and author whose publications include the Psychology in Education Portfolio and the leading UK textbook on Special Educational Needs. Her research interests include social competence in children and factors influencing inclusion and belonging in school. She is a member of the UCL-led consortium that is conducting the national evaluation of the Targeted Mental Health in Schools Programme.
Dr Sandra Dunsmuir
Dr Sandra Dunsmuir is the Co-Director of the Doctorate in Educational and Child Psychology at University College London. She is also a joint Course Director of the UCL postgraduate courses in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and other Outcome-Based Interventions with Children and Young People. Her research interests include CBT, evaluation of outcomes, parent-teacher trust, the use of information and communications technology to support children's learning and cross-professional collaborative working. Sandra has extensive experience working as an educational psychologist in local authorities.
